REFUNDS

REFUND REQUESTS

Refund Requests will not be considered within 5 days of the scheduled start date of any class or seminar, except under the following circumstances:​

1) An Injured or ill dog.
A full or partial refund may be issued if the dog is unable to participate due to illness or injury. A valid veterinary certificate confirming the condition must be provided

2) An injured or ill handler.
A full or partial refund may be granted if the handler is unable to attend due to illness or injury. The handler must notify Precision Search Dog in advance to request consideration.

PLEASE NOTE:
Full or partial refunds will not be considered on the basis of subjective dissatisfaction, including but not limited to disagreements with training methodologies, equipment usage, instructional approach, or interpersonal interactions with instructors or other participants.
